The turbulent times of navigating a new college life are behind us, a lengthy summer full of potential in our horizons. Coming back to Cerritos sparked a new found appreciation for this quaint, cozy suburb in LA county. 

A thought looms overhead- this is the last summer we shall be teenagers. The golden age of childhood bliss is coming to a close upon us quickly, and opportunities must be seized. From big plans to spontaneous hangouts, this summer will be fun-filled and adventurous, in our own niche way. We invite you to take this journey with us as we make this summer the best one yet- one that truly embraces the Cerritos hometown energy. 

This blog serves as our way to record the silly and quirky memories we know will be formed, while keeping ourselves accountable. For too many years we talked the talk but didn't walk the walk. Big plans circulated, fun ideas that never quite left the metaphorical group chat. But with a bit of purpose and planning, we intend to turn our summer bucket list into reality.
